Use this form to request deletion of data associated with your use of
AllVideo Downloader & Editor. Submitting the form will send your
request to our support team by email.
Good to know: Your downloaded videos, edits, library, history, and
settings are stored only on your device — we never receive them. You can
remove all of that instantly by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
The main data held off your device is processed by RevenueCat, the
service we use to manage the optional ad-removal purchase. This is limited to
device identifiers and subscription / purchase data (such as an
anonymous app-generated user ID, a purchase/transaction identifier, and basic device
information). When you submit this form, we forward your request to RevenueCat and ask
them to delete this data on your behalf.

What Happens Next
- For device and subscription data, we forward your request to
RevenueCat and ask them to delete the data they hold that is
associated with your app installation. See
RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
- We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete
verified deletion requests within 30 days.
- We may ask you to verify your identity (for example, by replying from the same
email address) before acting on the request.
- Some records may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to
complete a transaction, as described in our
Privacy Policy.
Delete Data Yourself (Instant)
- On-device content: Uninstall the app, or go to
Android Settings → Apps → AllVideo Downloader & Editor → Storage → Clear data.
- Advertising ID: Reset or delete it in
Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
