This Privacy Policy explains how AllVideo Downloader & Editor ("the app", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use it. We built the app to be privacy-friendly: your videos and edits stay on your device, and we do not operate accounts or servers that store your personal content.
By downloading or using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
Videos you download, clips you edit, exported files, folders, download history, and
in-app settings are saved in the app's private storage on your device
(Android/data/com.avideo.alldownloader/files) or a location you choose.
This content is not transmitted to us and we have no access to it. Deleting the app or
clearing its data removes this content.
When you paste or enter a video address to download, the app connects directly to that third-party website or service to fetch the media, using an open-source download engine running on your device. We do not receive, log, or store the addresses you enter. Your interaction with those third-party sites is governed by their privacy policies and terms, not ours.
The free version of the app displays ads using the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect and process:

If you buy the optional ad-removal upgrade, the purchase is processed by Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your payment card details. We use RevenueCat to validate and manage entitlements (whether your upgrade is active). RevenueCat may process a purchase/transaction identifier, an anonymous app-generated user ID, and basic device information to keep your purchase state in sync. Standard platform and SDK components may collect limited diagnostic information (such as crash logs and performance data) to keep the app stable. Any in-app logs you can view in Settings are stored locally on your device and are not automatically sent to us.

The app does not request broad photo/media/storage permissions. Downloads are saved to the app's own scoped storage, so no runtime storage permission is needed.

Content and settings stored on your device remain until you delete them, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. To remove all locally stored data, uninstall the app or clear its storage in your device settings. For data held by third-party services (such as advertising or purchase records), please refer to the linked policies above; you can also reset your Advertising ID in your device's Google settings.
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us so we can address it.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect information handled by the app. Because your content is stored locally, its security also depends on your device's own protections (screen lock, encryption, and keeping your OS up to date). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The third-party services used by the app may process data in countries other than your own. By using the app, you understand that such processing occurs under those providers' policies.
The app is intended for downloading and managing content that you own or have permission to use. It does not host, stream, or provide any copyrighted content and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party video platform. Please respect applicable copyright laws and the terms of service of any website or service you use with the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here, and continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
